Tycoon Class is easy to misread as another roll-heavy tournament, but its real value depends on how often you can reach Railroad spaces without draining your Dice. While playing through the event, I found that the best results came from treating each Railroad as a planned checkpoint rather than rolling at maximum power every turn. That approach also makes the event a useful source of Monopoly Go Stickers and Adventure Tokens, especially for players already working through Looney Tunes Adventures. The tournament has 40 milestones, requires 36,000 points to clear, and includes 5,240 guaranteed Dice, so it deserves more attention than its basic format suggests.

Play the Board, Not Just the Multiplier

Tycoon Class awards points through Shutdowns and Heists, which means Railroad spaces determine nearly everything. A high multiplier is attractive when your token is only a few spaces from a Railroad, because one successful landing can produce meaningful tournament progress and a stronger Heist reward. The same multiplier becomes wasteful when you are positioned on the opposite side of the board. In that situation, several rolls may pass before another scoring space appears, and the Dice cost can rise far faster than your milestone progress.

My preferred rhythm is simple: check the distance to the next Railroad, consider the available multiplier, then decide whether the roll has a clear purpose. A favorable Railroad position is a reason to push. A poor position is a reason to conserve. This is especially important during low Dice sessions, when a few unproductive rolls can remove your chance of reaching the next useful reward. The approach also leaves more room to benefit from cash collection, board upgrades, and other events that continue running while Tycoon Class is active.

The Early Track Has More Value Than It Appears

The first milestones are not filler for players pursuing Adventure progress. Milestone 1 grants 3 Adventure Tokens, milestone 3 grants 4, and more Token rewards appear later across the track. Milestone 8 adds five minutes of High Roller, while milestone 13 provides Cash Boost. These short boosts are most valuable when you can activate them immediately, so avoid claiming them just before closing the game or entering a period with poor Railroad positioning.

When the Dice Investment Starts Making Sense

The middle and late track rewards create useful stopping points. Milestone 18 gives 30 minutes of Mega Heist, milestone 20 awards 300 Dice, milestone 27 awards 400 Dice, and milestone 32 awards 600 Dice. The final stretch becomes especially tempting: milestone 36 offers 1,000 Dice, while milestone 39 grants 2,100 Dice. I would not chase these rewards blindly. If one is close and your token is near a Railroad, a controlled push can be worthwhile. If the next major payout is far away and your Dice reserve is shrinking, preserving resources is usually the stronger play.

Tycoon Class Works Best as Adventure Support

The strongest reason to play this tournament now is its overlap with Looney Tunes Adventures. Normal Railroad actions can produce Tournament Points, Dice, Adventure Tokens, and Heist rewards at the same time, giving each useful roll several jobs. Players working toward Map 3 or Map 4 should view Tycoon Class as a resource route rather than a pure leaderboard contest. That mindset keeps the grind manageable and prevents a temporary ranking gain from consuming the Dice needed for future milestones. If your next session also lines up with the Monopoly Go Partners Event, save the strongest multipliers for moments when both activities can reward the same play, making every Railroad landing matter more.
